At the end of the day, it’s really about doing what’s best for our customers and keeping in contact with the travel bookers. If I can ease their stress, keep them informed, and help their plans stay on track despite the chaos, then I’ve done my job. In my opinion, that’s the reason why our partnerships matter; we try to lead with foresight, empathy, and stay calm under pressure.
