How to use your travel voucher

Your Corporate Traveller voucher can be applied towards any travel product that Corporate Traveller or Flight Centre Canada sell including flights, accommodations, tours, cruises, and more! Simply contact your Travel Manager or Customer Success Manager at Corporate Traveller. Or you can connect with a Flight Centre travel agent by calling 1-888-242-7802.

Does my travel voucher expire?

Corporate Traveller Vouchers do not expire, and you should treat your voucher like you would cash. If your voucher is used without your permission, unfortunately, it cannot be replaced or restored. 

Who do I contact to redeem my voucher?

Contact your dedicated Corporate Traveller or Flight Centre Canada Travel Manager or Customer Success Manager for assistance with booking your trip.

Terms & Conditions:

• This voucher is not a credit card and cannot be used to purchase other gift cards.
• It cannot be resold, transferred for value, or applied to another booking that includes a travel voucher (except where required by law).
• Vouchers with a zero balance for more than one year may be deactivated.
• Only individuals over the age of majority in their province of residence can redeem this voucher.
• The voucher is a prepaid gift card that can only be used for travel bookings through Flight Centre corporate brands.
• It cannot be refunded, exchanged for cash, or converted to cash equivalents (e.g., money orders or cheques).
