Terms and Conditions: For a limited time only, Corporate Traveller is offering first time clients an opportunity to earn a travel credit voucher (“Hotel Night Credit”) redeemable towards a stay at an Accor, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, or Wyndham (the “Participating Hotels”) hotel property. To qualify, your company must: (i) be a first-time client who signs up with Corporate Traveller between September 15, 2025 and March 15, 2026, for a minimum of one (1) year term;  (ii) have paid your Corporate Traveller implementation fee in accordance with the contract; and (iii) book ten (10) hotel nights under one of the Participating Hotels (for clarity, each of the 10 hotel nights must be with the same Participating Hotel group to qualify for a Hotel Night Credit that will be valid for the same Participating Hotel group); and (vi) complete your stay (i.e., check-in to the Participating Hotel and stay for the booked nights) on or before December 31, 2026 (“Qualified Participants”). Qualified Participants will receive a Hotel Night Credit from Corporate Traveller for use at any hotel within the applicable Participating Hotel group. 

•    The value of the Hotel Night Credit will be calculated based on an average of the per night cost of the ten (10) hotel nights booked and stayed, excluding taxes, fees and incidentals. 
•    Each Hotel Night Credit will expire six (6) months from the date of issuance.  
•    Existing clients of Corporate Traveller as of September 15, 2025 are not eligible for this promotion.
•    Room nights booked with a Participating Hotel via direct/negotiated rates by client do not count towards this promotion.
•    Room nights for event/conference bookings with travel groups of 10+ people do not count towards this promotion.
•    Qualified Participant will be responsible for any applicable resort fees or taxes. 
•    Hotel Night Credits are funded in part by Corporate Traveller and the Participating Hotels. 

The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions. The Hotel Night Credit will not be provided in any other form of credit, cash payment or other benefits.  Any Hotel Night Credit that goes unused during the stated validity period will be forfeited and is never redeemable for cash under any circumstances. Corporate Traveller may vary or cancel this promotion at any time in its sole discretion with or without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corporate Traveller accepts no liability for: (i) any services made available by the Participating Hotels; (ii) the acts, errors, omissions or negligence of the Participating Hotels; or (iii) for personal injuries, death, property damage or other damages or expenses of the Qualifying Participant resulting from the above.
