Corporate Traveller—Ready for better business T&Cs

Terms and Conditions:  For a limited time only, Corporate Traveller is offering first time clients an opportunity to earn back their Corporate Traveller Implementation Fee of $1,000.  To qualify, you must: (i) be a first-time client who signs up with Corporate Traveller between January 23, 2025 and March 31, 2025, for a minimum of one (1) year;  (ii) have connected with Corporate Traveller at the AME Roundup held at the Vancouver Convention Center, Vancouver, BC, January 20-23, 2025; (iii) have a minimum annualized travel spend of $100K+ per year (“Annualized Travel Spend”); and, (iv) meet 25% or more of your Annualized Travel Spend in the first ninety (90) days of your Corporate Traveller contract go- live-date (“Go Live Date”) (notwithstanding the above, no credit is earned for travel spend after June 30, 2025); and (v) have paid your Implementation Fee as of the signing of your contract  (“Qualified Participants”).  Qualified Participants will receive a refund of their Corporate Traveller Implementation Fee, in the form of a Corporate Traveller travel credit (“Travel Credit”), to be used anytime during the first year of the first term of your contract. The Travel Credit may be used for the cost of travel only and cannot be applied to any other Corporate Traveller fees. Existing clients prior to January 23, 2025, are not eligible for this promotion.  The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotions.  The Travel Credit will be applied to future travel invoices and will not be provided in any other form of credit, cash payment or other benefits. Any Travel Credit that goes unused during the stated validity period will be forfeited. Corporate Traveler may vary or cancel this promotion at any time in its sole discretion with or without notice. Other conditions and limitations may apply.
