Corporate Traveller will pay the client the total amount of Melon Booking Fees accrued during the Qualifying Transaction Period, by electronic funds transfer, at the conclusion of the Qualifying Transaction Period.

Corporate Traveller—2025 Corporate Traveller Melon Fee Payment Incentive
Terms and Conditions: For a limited time only, Corporate Traveller will pay the $12 Melon booking fee (“Melon Booking Fee”) and Melon change fee (“Melon Change Fee”) to first time clients who sign up with Corporate Traveller and adopt the Melon platform for their travel bookings. To be a qualified participant in this offer, at the time of signing up with Corporate Traveller you must: (i) be a first-time client who signs up with Corporate Traveller between March 1, 2026 by May 29, 2026, for a minimum of one (1) year; (ii) have a documented minimum annualized travel spend of $150K+ per year (“Annualized Travel Spend”); (iii) must adopt use of and book your travel on the Melon platform; and, (v) have paid your annual Corporate Traveller Management Fee (“Qualified Participant”). Qualified Participants will have their Melon Booking Fee(s) and Melon Change Fee(s) paid by Corporate Traveller for bookings made on Melon during the first three (3) consecutive months from the commencement date of their Corporate Traveller contract (“Qualifying Transaction Period”). Corporate Traveler will pay the client the total amount of Melon Booking Fees accrued during the Qualifying Transaction Period, by electronic funds transfer (“EFT”), at the conclusion of the Qualifying Transaction Period. The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion(s). Existing clients are not eligible for this promotion.
