Corporate Traveller – Melon fees on us! – Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:  For a limited time only, Corporate Traveller is offering first time clients who sign up with Corporate Traveller and adopt the Melon platform an opportunity to earn back three (3) months of their Melon transaction fee(s) (“Melon Fee”). To be a qualified participant in this offer, at the time of signing up with Corporate Traveller you must: (i) be a first-time client who signs up with Corporate Traveller between July 1st, 2025 to September 30th, 2025 for a minimum of one (1) year;  (ii) have a documented minimum annualized travel spend of $150K+ per year (“Annualized Travel Spend”);  (iii) must adopt use of the Melon platform; (iv) have paid your Melon Fee(s); and, (v) have paid your annual Corporate Traveller Management Fee (“Qualified Participant”).  Qualified Participants will receive a refund of the first three (3) consecutive months  of their paid Melon Fee(s) (“Qualifying Transaction Period”), which will be accrued from the first date of transaction through Melon (“Melon Initial Transaction Date”).   The refund will be paid by cheque within thirty (30) days of the end of the Qualifying Transaction Period.  Existing clients prior to July 1, 2025, are not eligible for this promotion.  The promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion(s).  Corporate Traveller may vary or cancel this promotion at any time in its sole discretion with or without notice. Other conditions and limitations may apply.
