Terms and Conditions – Corporate Traveller Signing Bonus Promotion

Eligibility Criteria:

To qualify for the Signing Bonus, participants must meet all of the following conditions:

  1. Client Status:
    • Be a first-time client who signs a travel management contract with Corporate Traveller between November 11, 2025 and December 31, 2025 (“Qualifying Period”).
    • Clients with an active contract dated prior to November 11, 2025, are not eligible unless they have engaged in a competitive bidding process and re-sign with Corporate Traveller during the Qualifying Period.
  2. Annualized Travel Spend:
    • Commit to a minimum annualized travel spend between $500K- $1,000,000 (“Annualized Travel Spend”).
  3. Contract and Fee:
    • Have paid the Corporate Traveller management fee at the time of contract execution.

Clients who meet all of the above are considered “Qualified Participants.”

Bonus Disbursement:

The Signing Bonus will be awarded once the following conditions are met:

  1. Execution of a travel management contract with Corporate Traveller.
  2. Completion of the onboarding process.
  3. Processing of the client’s first travel transaction.

The $2,500 Signing Bonus will be prorated over the one-year contract term, with disbursements as follows:

  • 50% of the Signing Bonus and will be paid after the first six (6) months of the contract term, provided Qualified Participants have reached at least 50% of their Annualized Travel Spend.
  • The remaining 50% of the Signing Bonus will be paid at the conclusion of the first contract year provided that 100% of Qualified Participants’ Annualized Travel Spend has been met. 

Additional Terms:

  • If a client terminates the contract before the end of the one-year term, Corporate Traveller reserves the right to reclaim (claw back) any portion of the Signing Bonus previously paid.
  • The Signing Bonus will be paid to the client company.
  • This promotion may not be combined with any other offers or incentives.
  • Corporate Traveller reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
