Corporate Traveller Named Finalist at 2021 Business Travel People Awards 

Corporate Traveller has been named as a finalist for the Account Management Team of the Year category in the 2021 Business Travel People Awards. 

Organised by The Business Travel Magazine, the Business Travel People Awards recognise individuals and teams within travel management companies and travel suppliers whose professionalism and business excellence make them stand out from their industry peers. The winners will be announced at a ceremony on Wednesday 15th September 2021. 

The Account Management Team award recognises the team that takes a proactive and consultative approach to providing unrivalled customer service, care and value to their clients. In the last year especially our Account Management team has played a pivotal role in the ever-changing rules and travel landscape brought on by COVID-19. 

Team focuses in the last year have included: 

• Travel policy reviews that match COVID restrictions and rules. 
• Traveller surveys to gauge their confidence levels and their needs. 
• An upsurge in requests for duty of care tools and reporting. 
• Sustainability efforts as companies realise their impact during a quieter travel period. 
• Budgeting and money saving efforts while businesses are still not back to pre-COVID trading levels.
