We’ve introduced 24/7 risk alerts in Melon. These real-time updates will help to keep your travellers safe. Where they are, and where they’re headed. Melon’s new risk alerts provide warnings and critical updates for incidents that may impact your safety on a trip, such as extreme weather events, border restriction changes, or changes to conflict zones. So your team knows instantly when they need to take action.

We’ve leveraged the power of Crisis24, a leading open-source risk management platform, to deliver these real-time alerts directly to your fingertips via mobile, web, and email.

We also send these alerts to your dedicated travel manager – so they can support your impacted travellers, fast. Unlike your average risk alerts, we show alerts for destinations throughout the booking and trip management process. From planning to execution, your travellers and arrangers have access to critical information, empowering them to make informed decisions every step of the way.

You can apply them to the booking with a click. No more expired credits on the balance sheet.



Access virtual cards on the go

It’s time to say goodbye to payment problems and hello to hassle-free travel. 

Virtual credit cards are digital, one-time-use cards that add an extra layer of protection and automate invoice reconciliation. But some hotels are still getting used to processing them, causing travellers issues at the front desk.

For customers who use virtual cards for hotel payments, you can now access them directly in Melon.

From Melon mobile or desktop, you can access your virtual card 24 hours before check-in, or 24 hours after check-out. With one click, you can view your virtual credit card details or resend payment information via fax or email.
