Corporate Traveller Internal Referral Program "Friends with Benefits" – refer new business and get a NZD$1,000 (before tax) bonus

 

PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Promoter
1. The promoter is Flight Centre (NZ) Limited trading as Corporate Traveller NZBN 9429039591678 of Level 4, 124 Vincent Street, Auckland, New Zealand 1010 (“Promoter”).

The Promotion
2. Refer someone you know to Corporate Traveller and when they come onboard with an annual travel spend of NZD$200,000 or more, we will pay you NZD$1,000 (before tax).

Duration of Promotion Period
3. The promotion will commence at 9am NZST on 10/03/2025 and will continue until 5pm NZST on  10/03/2026 ("Promotion Period") unless the Promoter gives notice in writing that the promotion will end sooner.

Conditions of Offer 

4.  Offer is open to select employees of the Promoter’s Corporate Traveller brand. Offer is limited to referrals by Corporate Traveller’s Operations, Customer Success and Support staff only (“Eligible Employees”). Referrals by Sales staff do not qualify.

5. Eligible Employees will be entitled to a NZD$1,000 (before tax) payment (the “CT Referral Bonus”) where the following criteria are met (the “Qualifying Criteria”):

  • a. Refer someone you know to Corporate Traveller - your bestie, your cousin, or maybe your corporate neighbour who is always jet setting for work. They cannot be a current customer of Corporate Traveller and they must be expecting Corporate Traveller to reach out.
  • b. Eligible Employees must submit their referrals by completing the referral form, available [here] or on the Corporate Traveller website, for the referral to be valid – don’t send a referral straight to sales.
  • c. The referred customer must sign an agreed upon Schedule of Fees with Corporate Traveller and be onboarded with Corporate Traveller.
  • d. If the referred customer’s Total Closed Won TTV in Salesforce is NZD$200,000 or more, we will pay you the CT Referral Bonus, being NZD$1,000 (before tax). v
  • e. Eligible Employees can submit as many referrals as they like.


When and how will I receive the NZD$1,000?

6.    Eligible Employees who meet the Qualifying Criteria will be paid the CT Referral Bonus in the retainer pay run immediately following the referred customer’s first day of trading with Corporate Traveller.

7.    The CT Referral Bonus will be taxable income and will therefore be taxed at the applicable rate.

How does the NZD$1,000 CT Referral Bonus relate to my employment?

8.    This promotion is not a term of your employment, does not form part of your remuneration base, and does not affect your contract of employment.  

9.    The CT Referral Bonus is not part of normal or expected compensation or salary for any purpose, including, without limitation, calculating any severance, resignation, termination, redundancy, dismissal, end-of-service payments, bonuses, long-service awards, pension or retirement or welfare benefits or similar payments.

General

10.    Eligible Employees agree that the Promoter may handle their personal information in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy, which is available at: https://www.corptraveller.com/en-nz/privacy.  Eligible Employees agree that the Promoter may use their personal information for marketing purposes.  If an Eligible Employees does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the Promoter may determine that they are not eligible to receive the CT Referral Bonus.

11.    To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not responsible or liable for:

  • a.    inaccurate/incorrect transcription of entry information;
  • b.    any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
  • c.    the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website;
  • d.    unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition; or
  • e.    electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition.
