Corporate Traveller’s Production Sport & Creative Team has triumphed at the 2019 Business Travel People Awards, scooping the trophy for Best Reservations Team of the Year.

Organised by The Business Travel Magazine, The People Awards recognise individuals and teams within travel management companies and travel suppliers whose professionalism and business excellence make them stand out from their industry peers. The winners are individuals and teams who are judged to be outstanding performers in their field.

The Reservations Team award recognises the team that has demonstrated excellent customer service, a can-do attitude and the ability to go the extra mile for their customers. The judges praised Corporate Traveller saying: “This team provide high-touch travel management services to a very demanding and creative industry. Providing tangible evidence on deliverables for their clients, they pride themselves on being an extension of their clients’ internal team and are passionate about what they do.”

The team’s submission for the People Awards highlighted the wealth of expertise among team members, the unique features of the service such as entertainment fares and media excess baggage rates, and case studies demonstrating how team members solve major logistical travel challenges for their clients on a day-to-day basis.
