    Bookings are a snap with us. Whether you choose to self-book in Melon, or book with your dedicated travel consultant, your preferred and policy compliant options are always served up first. Either way you book, you’ll get access to exclusive rates and discounts.

  • How much can I save by working with Corporate Traveller?

    We work our magic behind the scenes to secure savings without the mystery. With exclusive and negotiated rates built into your booking platform, you’ll see those savings up front. And if you want to see all of your savings on paper, we can do that too!

  • Service is important to me, how can I be sure my travellers will be taken care of?

    We’re here for you, anytime, day or night, rain or shine. Our team of travel experts are ready to support you, 24/7 by phone and live chat.

    Your dedicated travel consultant knows the ins and outs of your travel program, so they can always deliver the personalized support you need. They’re like an extension of your team who know the preferences of your travellers, delivering smooth travel experiences from start to finish.

  • What size of companies do you support? 

    Our ideal customer has a travel spend of between $100K to $5M. We specialize in supporting start-up to mid-sized businesses, which means you’re not deprioritized behind large enterprises. 

  • How do we get in contact with you when emergencies come up or changes are needed? 

    With Corporate Traveller, during business hours you’ll be talking to a real person, located in your area, who is dedicated to your account in just 5 rings. Outside of business hours, you’ll be in contact with our after-hours travel experts by phone or live-chat! Either way, you’ll have round-the-clock, 24/7 support, from anywhere in the world.

  • Can you help set up our travel policy?

    When you come onboard, we work with you to set parameters in Melon so your teams can book hotels and flights that fall in policy. This includes choosing preferred airlines and hotels, as well as price range limits.

    Your preferred options will be prioritized in the results and travellers will be presented recommended options to make choices that are better suited to your travel policy. If a booking is placed outside of your travel policy, the request will be sent to an admin for approval, and once approved, Melon will take it from there. 

  • Will I get as much choice as booking online or with a larger competitor?

    Whether you’re looking for the hidden gems or the big-name brands, we have you covered. Our parent company is Flight Centre Travel Group, which means that we benefit (and you) benefit from their buying power. Sweet!

  • My company has plans to scale, how do I know you’ll be able to keep up with demand?

    Clear insights, no surprises. With Melon’s reporting functions, you’re always in the know. Drill down on the data you need including your top travellers and their spend, or export our reports to create your own if you prefer! No blind spots, just total visibility. 

    We integrate with expense platforms such as Concur and Expensify, which provide your travellers flexible options for expense management. 

  • How fast can I get my travel program up and running?
