Terms and Conditions: From April 12^th, 2024 for new Corporate Traveller customers who subscribe to the Corporate Traveller services pursuant to an Order Form, for every $1 in booking fees we guarantee $1 savings (“Savings Guarantee”). The Savings Guarantee is for a 12-month period from the start date of your contract with Corporate Traveller. For the Savings Guarantee to apply, you and/or your company must achieve 60% of the Total Transaction Value set out in the Order Form. The Savings Guarantee is not applicable to existing customers or customers with pre-loaded hotel or air rates. The Savings Guarantee applies only to Corporate Traveller content. If Corporate Traveller does not meet the Savings Guarantee, Corporate Traveller will pay customer the difference between the booking fees paid and the savings achieved in a 12-month period (“Savings Due”). The Savings Due will be issued as a travel credit in the form of a Corporate Traveller Gift Card (“CT Gift Card”), which will be available 45 days after the 12 month period ends.  The CT Gift Card must be redeemed through Corporate Traveller within twelve (12) months from the date of issuance, or it will be null and void. This CT Gift Card is not transferable, not redeemable for cash, cash equivalents or credit, not replaceable if lost or stolen.  If travel booked through the CT Gift Card is cancelled and refundable, the CT Gift Card amount will be refunded to the CT Gift Card, Please retain the CT Gift Card for six (6) months from redemption date.  We reserve the right to deem a CT Gift Card void if it has been tampered with or copied. For the avoidance of doubt the fees referenced do not include annual management fees, account fees or any implementation fees. Corporate Traveller can vary or cancel this Savings Guarantee at anytime in its sole discretion with or without notice.
